After we receive your completed Refund Request Form along with the item for which a refund is sought, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to fill out the Exchange Request Form. Please fill out the form along with a statement as to why the item is being returned and what you would like in exchange.
